Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for incoming candidates nationwide
- Partner with real estate agents to secure temporary housing options
- Facilitate school enrollment and community integration services
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting
- Develop personalized relocation plans based on family needs
- Conduct virtual city tours and neighborhood consultations
- Track relocation KPIs and continuously improve processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Tucson's neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Ability to work with diverse populations and sensitive situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
