Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for transferring employees
- Manage housing searches, school transfers, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans based on employee needs
- Partner with vendors for moving services and temporary housing
- Conduct pre-move consultations and post-move follow-ups
- Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM system
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Louisville area resources and neighborhoods
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving in complex relocation scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRP) preferred
