Responsibilities
- Design and execute customized relocation plans for corporate clients and military personnel
- Coordinate logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and community integration
- Manage vendor relationships for moving services, temporary housing, and cultural orientation
- Conduct virtual and in-home consultations to assess client needs and preferences
- Track relocation budgets and provide detailed cost analysis reports
- Develop relocation toolkits and digital resources for seamless transitions
- Collaborate with HR departments and relocation partners to ensure service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in corporate or military relocation coordination
- Proven expertise in Bakersfield and Central Valley housing markets
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global Mobility)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and site visits
