Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized relocation plans for incoming professionals and families moving to San Francisco
- Coordinate housing searches, neighborhood tours, and school enrollment processes
- Manage logistics for household goods transportation and temporary housing arrangements
- Provide cultural integration support and local resource connections
- Collaborate with corporate clients to design customized relocation solutions
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Maintain compliance with all relocation industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional relocation experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Deep knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods, housing markets, and logistical challenges
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with diverse populations
- Proven ability to manage complex relocation projects independently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Experience with relocation software platforms (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveSmart)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
