Responsibilities
- End-to-end relocation management for corporate employees including home sale/purchase assistance, school searches, and community integration
- Coordinate with vendors, real estate agents, and service providers to ensure smooth transitions
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing cultural adaptation and family needs
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with meticulous financial oversight
- Provide 24/7 support during critical relocation milestones and emergency situations
- Conduct post-relocation follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation coordination experience with high-volume cases
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate sensitive family dynamics
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., Relocation Pro, TRC Global) and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and service agreements
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
