Responsibilities
- Design and administer full-cycle relocation packages including housing assistance, moving logistics, and temporary accommodations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored relocation strategies for diverse employee profiles
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (moving companies, real estate agents) to ensure service quality
- Conduct relocation orientation sessions covering community integration, schools, and local resources
- Track relocation budgets and maintain detailed compliance documentation
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout transition period
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of direct experience in corporate relocation management
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP) and relocation software (TRC, Cartus)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong negotiation abilities with vendors and service providers
- Deep knowledge of Laredo's housing market, educational institutions, and community resources
- Proven track record of managing relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually
