As a key member of our Talent Mobility division, you'll leverage Charlotte's booming corporate landscape (Bank of America, Duke Energy, Truist) while building meaningful connections with new community members. Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for executive and technical talent relocating to Charlotte
- Coordinate housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration services
- Manage vendor partnerships for moving services, temporary housing, and area tours
- Develop customized cost-of-living analyses and neighborhood recommendations
- Act as primary liaison between relocating employees and internal stakeholders
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Implement post-relocation follow-up programs to ensure successful integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or talent mobility experience
- Deep knowledge of Charlotte's neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRP or GMS) preferred
