Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages for incoming professionals to Bakersfield
- Partner with HR departments to design customized relocation plans
- Manage vendor relationships for moving services and housing assistance
- Conduct virtual community orientation sessions for relocating candidates
- Track relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Develop resource guides highlighting Bakersfield's neighborhoods and amenities
- Maintain compliance with corporate relocation policies and industry standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation coordination or HR support
- Proven experience with remote work and virtual client management
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of California housing markets and relocation regulations
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
