- Conduct virtual home tours and neighborhood orientation sessions
- Oversee relocation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for relocation programs
- Maintain compliance with immigration and relocation regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Proven experience with international and domestic relocations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., Relocation Pro, Cartus)
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles neighborhoods and resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
