Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Newark, including housing, schools, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans leveraging Newark's tech resources, incubators, and networking events
- Partner with local tech companies to facilitate onboarding and cultural assimilation
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor relationships for transportation, housing, and essential services
- Conduct virtual and in-person Newark neighborhood tours highlighting tech hubs and amenities
- Provide ongoing support during the critical 90-day transition period
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate relocation, HR, or tech talent coordination
- Deep knowledge of Newark's tech ecosystem, including key employers and innovation districts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse cultures
- Proficiency in relocation management software and virtual collaboration tools
- Certification in Relocation (CRP) or Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Valid New Jersey driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
