Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing, transportation, and school enrollment
- Develop personalized relocation plans for corporate and individual clients
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies and service providers
- Conduct needs assessments and provide resource referrals for community integration
- Track relocation budgets and maintain detailed client documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for pre-move and post-move support
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or customer service
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
