- Design and execute comprehensive relocation plans for corporate clients and their employees
- Coordinate logistics including housing, transportation, and school searches
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Provide cultural integration support for international assignees
- Track relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Maintain compliance with immigration and tax regulations
- Deliver exceptional client experience through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation required
- Expert knowledge of Boston housing market and neighborhoods
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Ability to manage high-volume cases under tight deadlines
