Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for domestic and international transferees
- Coordinate home sale/purchase assistance and temporary housing solutions
- Develop personalized relocation plans including school searches and community integration
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track relocation budgets and maintain compliance with policy guidelines
- Conduct relocation satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives
- Provide ongoing support to employees during transition periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation management experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of Houston's real estate market and resources
- Experience managing international relocations and visa processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
