Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation programs for corporate clients including housing, moving logistics, and school transitions
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing cultural integration and community resources
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, realtors, temporary housing providers)
- Conduct needs assessments and provide budget management for relocation packages
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and relocation policy standards
- Build relationships with local service providers and community organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation experience
- Strong knowledge of Honolulu housing market and community resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client cases
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
