Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for incoming employees
- Coordinate moving logistics, vendor partnerships, and temporary housing solutions
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration support to relocating families
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with financial precision
- Act as primary liaison between employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing unique client needs and constraints
- Track relocation KPIs and continuously improve program effectiveness
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation coordination or human resources
- Proven experience designing and managing relocation packages
- Strong negotiation skills with moving companies and housing providers
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional local travel
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or GMS relocation certification preferred
