Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end relocation packages for domestic and international transferees
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, real estate, temporary housing)
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Provide cultural assimilation support and community integration resources
- Track relocation program metrics and optimize processes
- Train HR partners on relocation policy and procedures
- Act as primary point of contact for transferees and their families
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation management or HR mobility
- Experience with SIRVA, Cartus, or similar relocation platforms
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRP/GMS) preferred
- Expertise in domestic/international relocation policies
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and relocation software
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
