Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for corporate clients and their families
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, real estate agents, and service providersDevelop customized relocation plans addressing housing, schools, and community integration
- Conduct needs assessments and provide cost-benefit analysis for relocation options
- Resolve complex relocation challenges and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with HR departments on relocation policy implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or high-end moving coordination experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Deep knowledge of Greater Boston housing markets and school districts
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
