Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for corporate clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Coordinate logistics including moving services, temporary housing, and school transfers for relocating employees
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, real estate agents, and local service providers
- Provide cultural integration support and local Austin orientation for new residents
- Track relocation budgets and optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining service quality
- Maintain compliance with immigration and tax regulations for international relocations
- Leverage relocation software (like ReloQuest or TRC) for case management and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation coordination experience with international relocations
- Proven track record of managing 50+ relocation cases annually
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRP/GMS) strongly preferred
- Expertise in relocation policy development and budget management
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
