- Manage end-to-end relocation programs for corporate employees and families
- Coordinate housing searches, school transitions, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing cultural adaptation needs
- Collaborate with vendors for moving services, temporary housing, and logistics
- Conduct destination orientation sessions highlighting Scottsdale's amenities
- Track program metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with corporate relocation policies and legal requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR mobility coordination
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Experience with relocation software platforms (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proven ability to manage complex relocation logistics independently
- Strong problem-solving skills for unexpected relocation challenges
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
