Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end relocation packages for domestic and international transferees
- Coordinate housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration services
- Manage relocation budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
- Provide cultural training and destination orientation for international assignees
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Track KPIs and continuously optimize relocation program efficiency
- Maintain compliance with immigration and relocation regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of corporate relocation management experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Proven success managing complex relocation budgets ($500k+ annually)
- Expertise in Boston's real estate market and local resources
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
