Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming professionals
- Manage housing searches, school placements, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans with $15K+ budgets
- Partner with employers to design tailored relocation packages
- Provide on-the-ground support during client transitions
- Track satisfaction metrics and optimize relocation processes
- Maintain compliance with corporate relocation policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer success
- Expert knowledge of Baltimore neighborhoods and resources
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing relocation budgets over $10K
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Proficiency in relocation management software
