Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive relocation plans for incoming executives and specialized professionals
- Coordinate housing services including temporary accommodations, home buying assistance, and lease negotiations
- Manage relocation budgets up to $50,000 per case with meticulous financial tracking
- Facilitate seamless school enrollment and community resource connections for relocating families
- Collaborate with corporate clients to customize relocation packages aligned with talent acquisition goals
- Utilize our proprietary relocation technology platform for case management and reporting
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation strongly preferred
- Expertise in Virginia Beach housing market and regional school systems
- Proven ability to manage complex relocation budgets and vendor relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for property tours
