- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for corporate clients
- Develop customized relocation plans including housing, schools, and community integration
- Manage vendor partnerships for moving services and temporary housing
- Provide cultural orientation and Nashville neighborhood guidance
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Deep knowledge of Nashville neighborhoods and resources
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Ability to navigate complex relocation logistics
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Experience with relocation software and budget management
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
