Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for domestic and international assignees
- Coordinate housing searches, school placements, and community integration
- Assist with visa applications and immigration documentation
- Develop customized relocation plans based on client needs
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track relocation budgets and provide detailed expense reports
- Maintain compliance with relocation policies and regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or HR experience
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes and visa requirements
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid driver's license with clean record
