Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate relocation cases including destination services, home finding, and household goods logistics
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing client-specific needs, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, real estate, temporary housing) to ensure service excellence
- Provide expert guidance on cost-of-living adjustments, tax implications, and community integration
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout the transition process
- Utilize proprietary relocation software for case management and reporting
- Maintain compliance with corporate relocation policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience with domestic/international case management
- CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate sensitive relocation scenarios
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, TRC Global Mobility)
- Strong negotiation skills with vendor management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
