Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end relocation packages for corporate transferees
- Coordinate moving services, temporary housing, and destination orientation
- Manage relocation budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
- Provide cultural assimilation support and community integration guidance
- Track program metrics and prepare executive reports
- Collaborate with HR departments to align relocation policies
- Train junior relocation coordinators on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- CERP (Certified Employee Relocation Professional) certification preferred
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., Relocation Manager, TRC)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven budget management experience ($250K+ programs)
- Knowledge of Kansas City housing market and community resources
- Ability to travel up to 20% for on-site support
