Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for domestic and international transferees
- Coordinate housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration services
- Manage vendor relationships with real estate, moving companies, and service providers
- Develop detailed relocation budgets and expense tracking systems
- Provide cultural orientation and local resource guidance for new NYC residents
- Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the relocation lifecycle
- Conduct post-move satisfaction surveys and implement continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or high-end moving coordination experience
- Proven expertise in NYC real estate markets and neighborhood dynamics
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin highly valued
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Relocation.com)
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure while managing multiple high-stakes moves
