Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive relocation packages for domestic and international transfers
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless moving services, temporary housing, and destination orientation
- Provide personalized relocation counseling and cultural assimilation support
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with 95% accuracy
- Develop relocation policies aligned with industry best practices and legal compliance
- Track relocation KPIs and prepare quarterly impact reports for leadership
- Mentor junior relocation specialists and cross-functional HR partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate relocation management
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Expertise in domestic and international relocation logistics
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Strong negotiation skills with moving and housing vendors
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities during high-stakes relocations
- Experience managing relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually
