Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive relocation packages for corporate transferees and new hires
- Coordinate with real estate agents, moving companies, and local vendors to ensure seamless transitions
- Conduct needs assessments and provide personalized relocation counseling for incoming talent
- Develop strategic partnerships with Tulsa community organizations to enhance relocation resources
- Track relocation program metrics and continuously optimize processes for efficiency
- Present relocation benefits to prospective employers and candidates during recruitment campaigns
- Manage relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate relocation or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of designing and administering relocation assistance programs
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors and service providers
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with multicultural sensitivity
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Proficiency in relocation management software and HRIS systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local site visits
