- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with financial precision

- Provide ongoing support to relocating employees throughout transition periods
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of corporate relocation coordination experience
- PHR/SPHR or GMS certification preferred
- Proven expertise in managing complex relocation budgets ($50k+ per move)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Anaheim housing markets and community resources
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, Worldwide ERC)
