Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end relocation packages for domestic and international hires
- Coordinate with housing vendors, moving companies, and immigration specialists
- Provide destination services including neighborhood tours, school information, and cultural integration
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Develop relocation policies and best practices for the Irvine office
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees and families
- Track and analyze relocation program metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation coordination experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, GMercs)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience managing international relocations and visa processes
- Proven track record of improving relocation satisfaction scores
