Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation plans for incoming employees and their families
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, real estate agents, temporary housing)
- Manage relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Provide cultural assimilation support and community resources
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve processes
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout transition
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and department heads on relocation logistics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience with proven success metrics
- CHRP or GMS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Experience managing relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually
- Strong understanding of domestic relocation policies and tax implications
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
