Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for remote and onsite employees
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (moving companies, real estate, temporary housing)
- Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized relocation plans
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursement processes
- Provide cultural integration support and community resource referrals
- Track relocation program metrics and continuously improve processes
- Collaborate with HR and department leads on talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in relocation coordination or talent acquisition
- Experience with remote team management and virtual onboarding
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Expertise in relocation policy development and compliance
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors and service providers
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and relocation management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
