Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for 15-20 executive clients monthly
- Coordinate vendor partnerships for moving, housing, and logisticsDevelop customized relocation budgets and cost-saving strategies
- Conduct needs assessments and create tailored relocation plans
- Oversee household goods shipments and immigration support
- Train junior relocation specialists on company protocols
- Analyze relocation metrics to optimize service delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience
- CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation required
- Proven success managing high-volume relocation programs
- Advanced knowledge of Boston housing market and logistics
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, MoveHub)
- Ability to relocate to Boston by Q4 2023
