Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for corporate transferees and their families
- Manage household goods logistics, temporary housing, and school enrollment assistance
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing cultural integration and community resources
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence
- Track relocation budgets and maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
- Provide ongoing support and crisis management during relocation challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or mobility coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of Toledo area housing markets, schools, and community resources
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRMC/GPC) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with high emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloWizard, Cartus)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
