Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation plans for incoming professionals
- Coordinate housing searches and lease negotiations in Milwaukee metro area
- Manage logistics of household goods transportation and storage
- Facilitate school enrollment and family integration services
- Develop community orientation programs for newcomers
- Track relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Build partnerships with local vendors and service providers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Proven experience with household goods logistics
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of Milwaukee housing market and communities
- Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Proficient in relocation management software
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license required
