Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for corporate clients and their transferees
- Manage housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration support
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing visa requirements and cultural adaptation
- Oversee household goods shipments and temporary housing arrangements
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers in Las Vegas
- Track relocation budgets and maintain compliance with corporate policies
- Provide 24/7 support to relocating families during transition periods
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR mobility coordination
- Proven experience managing relocation assistance programs
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Knowledge of Las Vegas housing market and community resources
- Ability to relocate to Las Vegas with full relocation package
