Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end relocation plans for domestic and international transferees
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, real estate agents, temporary housing providers)
- Conduct needs assessments and provide personalized relocation counseling
- Manage relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Resolve complex logistical challenges during the relocation process
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and relocation partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate relocation management
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRP/GMS) strongly preferred

- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Relocation Pro, Cartus)
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors and service providers
