Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for high-level executives, including housing assistance, school searches, and cultural integration
- Act as primary liaison between relocating employees, corporate clients, and third-party vendors
- Manage relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually with meticulous expense tracking
- Develop innovative solutions for complex relocation challenges involving international transfers
- Conduct market research on Nashville neighborhoods, cost of living, and lifestyle amenities
- Train junior coordinators on relocation best practices and compliance protocols
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for relocation program efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate relocation coordination experience with C-suite client exposure
- Proven track record managing relocation budgets over $250,000
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with vendors and service providers
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloTracker, Cartus)
- Deep knowledge of Nashville's real estate market and community resources
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure with competing priorities
