Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages including housing search, school enrollment, and community integration
- Coordinate logistics with moving companies, real estate agents, and utility providers
- Provide cultural orientation and local resource guidance for new residents
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements for corporate clients
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers to expand our network
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service quality
- Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with relocation regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination, human resources, or customer service leadership
- Deep knowledge of Colorado Springs housing market, schools, and amenities
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities during high-stakes moving scenarios
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, TRC)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for client needs
