Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for corporate clients and their employees
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international relocations, including housing searches, school transitions, and logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive satisfaction and retention
- Manage relocation budgets and negotiate vendor contracts for transportation, housing, and temporary living
- Lead cross-functional teams including real estate agents, moving coordinators, and legal specialists
- Develop innovative solutions to address complex relocation challenges in the DC metro area
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR management
- Proven track record managing complex relocation programs in major metropolitan areas
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
