Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end relocation packages for inbound/outbound employees
- Coordinate with vendors (moving companies, real estate agencies, temporary housing)
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting processes
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration resources for relocating employees
- Develop relocation policy improvements and SOP documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for relocation-related inquiries and concerns
- Track relocation metrics and prepare quarterly performance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or HR mobility experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Expertise in domestic/international relocation regulations and best practices
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage complex relocation budgets ($100k+)
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
