Responsibilities
- Guide international tech candidates through US immigration and visa application processes
- Coordinate relocation logistics including housing search, school enrollment, and utility setup
- Provide cultural orientation and local area resources for newcomers to Arlington, TX
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding of relocated technical staff
- Utilize CRM systems to track relocation milestones and maintain candidate documentation
- Develop customized relocation plans based on individual/family needs and budget constraints
- Build partnerships with local service providers to enhance relocation support offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in corporate relocation or immigration support
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., Relocation Pro, TRC Global)
- Strong knowledge of US visa categories (H-1B, L-1, O-1) and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and at least one other language
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRMC/GPC) preferred
- Experience working with technical professionals in IT, engineering, or R&D roles
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation for local meetings
