Responsibilities
- End-to-end relocation management for incoming/outgoing professionals, including housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Coordinate with moving companies, temporary housing providers, and utility services
- Develop personalized relocation plans with budget oversight and expense management
- Conduct virtual/in-person city tours and neighborhood consultations
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and community partners
- Track client satisfaction metrics and implement service improvements
- Maintain confidential relocation documentation and compliance records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or customer service coordination
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus) and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Certification in Relocation (CRP) or Human Resources preferred
