Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming/outgoing employees
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Partner with vendors (moving companies, housing agents) to ensure smooth transitions
- Provide personalized relocation counseling and cultural integration support
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to address relocation challenges
- Develop customized relocation packages based on employee needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or HR experience
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international relocation best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
