Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor relationships for moving services, temporary housing, and travel arrangements
- Provide personalized relocation counseling and cultural adaptation guidance for domestic and international moves
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing employee needs and family concerns
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve program effectiveness
- Act as primary liaison between employees, hiring managers, and relocation service providers
- Conduct post-relocation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in complex situations
- Proficiency in relocation management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required for client site visits)
- Knowledge of Bakersfield's housing market, schools, and community resources
