Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages for incoming professionals, including housing searches, school selection, and community integration
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements for 50+ annual cases
- Build relationships with local vendors (real estate, movers, service providers)
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing cultural adjustment and logistical challenges
- Conduct virtual and in-person city tours highlighting Madison's amenities
- Track relocation KPIs and prepare monthly progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Deep knowledge of Madison's neighborhoods, schools, and services
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Certification in Relocation & Mobility (CRM) preferred
