Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and talent communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and talent requirements
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment approaches
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS platform and provide weekly recruitment analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Expert knowledge of UK employment laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive London markets
