Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for Fortune 500 clients across Miami and Ohio markets
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut) to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess cultural fit using structured evaluation frameworks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize candidate pipelines
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve conversion rates and time-to-fill benchmarks
- Represent the company at exclusive hiring events and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate recruitment experience with a focus on technical or healthcare roles
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments (50+ placements annually)
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
