Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of industrial engineering projects from conception through final delivery.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure 100% on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction units.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, project status updates, and proposals for senior stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure all engineering deliverables meet industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering within the oil & gas or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar capital projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide teams in high-pressure environments.
- Valid PE (Professional Engineer) license is a plus.
